The Fur Angel Series
Angels are trading their wings and halos for fur coats to be born on earth as dogs but first they must learn what it means to be a dog so they go to school. They learn about various dog breeds and different dog jobs and when they graduate they get their fur coat and are born on earth to find the person they were made for.

Cynthia Enuton
Cynthia Enuton spent over thirteen years as a Mental Health professional, witnessing the way a wagging tail can lower a child's defenses and heal a heavy heart. With a degree in Psychology and a career dedicated to helping children overcome emotional challenges, Cynthia saw first hand how her own Pekingese, Lindsey, and a group of volunteer therapy dogs, known as Pets on Wheels, gave unconditional love, acceptance, and comfort to the students she counseled in a residential facility in Maryland.
Inspired by her own Pekingese dogs--
From her childhood dog, Ginger, to Mandy, who stayed by her side through her college years and a move from the North to the South, she now lives in Florida as a children’s and young adult author, artist and illustrator.
Weaving years of clinical experience with storytelling, she created the Fur Angel Series, which includes Angel in a Fur Coat , Legend of the Pink Toe, Wayward Angels and Dolittleology. With her three Southern Pekingese -- Xia, Augie and Li Li (also known as "The 3 Goobers")-- by her side as muses, she attended book signings, school visits, and author talks throughout Florida for several years until the pandemic shut down.
Today, the adventure continues with two Pekingese brothers, Cody and Dakota. When she isn't writing, Cynthia paints commissioned Pekingese portraits through her website, Gooberella. She is also currently writing and illustrating a picture book series for a California veterinary hospital, featuring their iconic Pekingese mascot, Freddie Leaf.
The human-animal bond is truly a magical connection from beyond...the angels, they walk beside us.
